Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Mego home delivery service for your delivery needs. We aim to provide you with a seamless and efficient shipping and delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand the terms, timelines, and processes related to your orders

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Order confirmation: We confirm your order when your order was placed at the restaurant or shop for the choosen item/product. And you will also get an sms notification related to the confirmation of your order on your registered mobile number.

Order Processing: After your order was placed at the shop or restaurant , our rider will reach that destination within 10-15minutes and when the order is ready they went out for delivery and you will also get the confirmation sms on your registered moblie number that your order is dispatched 

Shipping Time: Our riders will take aprox 5-15 minutes to reach your destination for the delivery.

Please note that these delivery time may vary based on the distance of travel and complex map routes and traffic they will face.

Delivery charges:

Our delivery charges calculation is different from others. 

We didn't charge based on the kms driven by vehicle.

You can add items from the multiple shops in the single cart and this will not fluctuate our delivery charges .

To give you an idea of the charges, mark centre point in Indira colony on map and now calculate your distance directly from that point if it's within 500metres then the delivery charge is 20rs which means , all the resident of indira colony will get 20Rs delivery charges flat on their order and then upto 2.5kms charges were 30rs and after that it will be calcuted 10rs extra for every extra kms.

This centre point will fluctuate with time but only within Indra colony and Krishna colony

We also provide pick and drop service but for this any payment to the shop will be done by the customer itself and we will charge 30rs extra as a service and the rest you need to pay is delivery charges only
